CHICAGO — Navy Pier will commemorate Black Music Month with the return of Chi-Soul Fest, the Pier’s annual celebration of Chicago’s soul music legends and traditions, Saturday, June 10, and Sunday, June 11. The two-day, four-stage outdoor music festival will feature free performances by Isaiah Sharkey, Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, Aniba & The Sol Starz, Chi-Brations, Ivan Singh, Chi-Soul Old School R&B Comedy, Next Showcase USA, and many others, from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday, and 2 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Sunday.
